freshness guarantee

Since we do not have a retail location where flowers would be shown on display, we are able to custom order our flowers. This allows us to use the most unique and freshest stems possible for any arrangement.

Most fresh cut flowers last between 3-7 days, some lasting longer than others. We of course always recommend adding new water daily to help extend their vase life.

orchids

Your orchid arrangement will come with a general “care for me” card, however we are unable to guarantee the length of time an orchid will last. We can guarantee it will be beautiful and fresh upon delivery, and of course will last longer than a fresh cut arrangement.

custom orders

Our main mission is to make sure your order is delivered seamlessly and that your arrangement is not only fresh, but beautiful! Because of seasonal availability, we do not guarantee that we can exactly copy a picture on our website or instagram. We can always work around a favorite color or favorite flower, however, we are not always able to get everything you see in a photo. We will always work hard to get as close as possible and fulfill requests when we are able, but hope our photos of work will leave you feeling confident that anything we create will be beautiful.

in studio pickups

As always in studio pickups are available. We do not keep regular hours, so if you would like to schedule a special order to pick up, please coordinate that with us ahead of time so we can have it ready or you!

cancellations
